Day 26. September 2nd, 2026. Arizona.
Everything about the eating changed today.
For the first month I ate a big breakfast first thing — bacon, eggs, avocado — then two more meals on top of it. Three meals a day, starting early. The problem with that, in hindsight: the overnight fast was over the moment I sat down to breakfast. My cells never got the window to run autophagy, the clean-out cycle. The body was always digesting and never repairing.
So: 16:8. Sixteen hours fasted, an eight-hour eating window.
- Last food the night before at about 7 PM — 8 PM at the very latest.
- Nothing until noon.
- One real meal around 12:00–12:30, one lighter one in the early evening.
Injection — morning, fasted:
- BPC-157: 10 units (500mcg), subcutaneous. No breakfast to take it with anymore — the shot is now the first thing that happens, on an empty stomach.
Noon meal (~12:00–12:30):
- Chicken or fish
- Super greens salad — kale, spinach
- Pistachios, walnuts, almonds, chickpeas
- Fruit — pineapple, red seedless grapes, strawberries
Evening (~5–6 PM):
- Blueberry, strawberry and banana smoothie with a tablespoon of raw organic cacao powder
Hydration: 1 liter organic coconut water; 2–3 sixteen-ounce bottles of water, each with a pinch of sea salt.
Supplements: First day on the revised stack, taken after the noon meal, with a second round in the evening.
→ Doses, brands, and cofactors: Supplement Stack
Wound and pain: This was the best day I've had. The most pain-free day since starting the protocol — better than anything in the first three weeks.
Worth saying plainly: this is day one of a new regimen. One good day is one data point, not a result. But it's noted, and the next several days will say whether it holds.
