Injection — morning:
- BPC-157: 15 units (750mcg), subcutaneous — used the remainder of the old vial rather than leaving a partial dose behind. Vial is now empty.
Vial change: New BPC-157 vial being reconstituted with 2mL BAC water, matching the usual 5mg/mL concentration (10 units = 500mcg going forward, back to the normal dose next time).
Breakfast:
